According to Album 2000 Conog uses the clasical rounde of red-yellow-green (red outside).

The l'Armee de l'Air du Congo was formed on June 1961.
Cochrane & Elliott, 1998, [cos98] reports that until 1970
the only marking were the national flag as fin flash.

As Congo became People's Republic of Congo in 1970 a new roundel based on
the flag was intreduced with the new flag as fin flash.

Cochrane & Elliott, 1998, [cos98] report that the due of lack of green, the centre was noted in black and show the roundel with center in black. I guess that they already bought the color in the mean time...
